At Ginger Pig Creative, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy below.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with UK consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Customised or personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Custom & Personalised Products

Due to the nature of customised products (including engraved, cut-to-order, or made-to-specification items), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is an error in personalisation that differs from what was submitted during the order process.

Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds for mistakes made during submission.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Photographic evidence of damage to the external packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us – Email us at info@juknaandco.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorisation – If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Return – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Exceptions

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalised items.
  • Items that have been used or altered after purchase.
